Advance Payments
- Advance payments for B2B, Agro-Food, and Trade Service orders are generally non-refundable as they are used immediately for procurement and execution costs.
- These payments are not security deposits and are forfeited if the buyer cancels an order after it has been confirmed and processing has begun.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation eligibility is highly restricted, especially for Agro-Food products and Trade Services where commitments are made promptly.
- Refunds, if approved, are processed according to the official Refund Policy. Shipping, handling, and customs charges are strictly non-refundable.
- Custom-made or personalized items are typically non-refundable once production has started.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
- The buyer is solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country. These charges are non-refundable.
Liability & Governing Law
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for a specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- All terms, policies, and disputes are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh.
