You irrevocably agree that the courts in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from this agreement.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall take place in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, India, and will be conducted in English.
