• Each subsidiary within the Friendlovely Group operates as a distinct commercial division. Any specific contracts, service agreements, or purchase orders executed with a particular subsidiary apply solely to that entity.
• The Parent Entity assumes no direct operational liability for the independent contractual obligations of its subsidiaries unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Access to cross-subsidiary services may be subject to additional, specific terms which will be provided prior to engagement.

• Our Services are intended for lawful business and personal purposes only and must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account information and credentials.
• You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activities.
• We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that the courts in Ghazipur shall have sole jurisdiction.
