The terms for cancellation are strictly defined by the nature of each product or service category.

Legally Binding Agreement:

  • Engaging with our services confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable as they are used to secure commitments.

Applicable Limitations

To ensure fairness and transparency, our cancellation policies are tailored to the unique operational and logistical requirements of our diverse products and services.

Agro & Food Products

Cancellation Not Permitted After Advance Payment

  • Orders are processed only after receipt of the advance payment.
  • Once advance payment is received, cancellation is strictly not permitted.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable and non-adjustable.
  • Cancellation is only possible if the company is unable to supply the confirmed order.

Cancellation Fees:

Advance payment is forfeited if the buyer attempts to cancel after the order is confirmed.

ALYRA Fashion & Lifestyle

Window: 24 hours

  • Standard apparel orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if not yet shipped.
  • Custom-made or altered garments are non-cancellable once production begins.
  • Products marked as 'Final Sale' have no cancellation options.
  • International orders require a 48-hour cancellation window.

Cancellation Fees:

No fees for standard order cancellations. A restocking fee may apply to late cancellations.

B2B Trade Services

Cancellation subject to service stage

  • Advance payments cover planning, documentation, and coordination.
  • If cancellation occurs before execution, a partial refund may be considered.
  • Once a service has commenced, it is non-cancellable.
  • Subscription-based services require a 30-day written notice.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellation fees are determined by the service stage and contract terms.

How to Cancel an Order

Follow these steps to initiate a cancellation request for your products or services.

1. Submit Request

Email info@friendlovely.com or contact our trade desk within the applicable window.

2. Verification

Our team will verify the order status and eligibility for cancellation based on our terms.

3. Approval

Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and details regarding any potential fees.

4. Direct Contact

For urgent bulk trade cancellations, contact your account manager directly.

Important Legal Provisions

To ensure a transparent and legally sound cancellation process, the following provisions govern all requests.

No Guarantee of Cancellation

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee its approval. Eligibility is strictly determined by the category-specific conditions and the current stage of order processing.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability in connection with any cancellation is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product or service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in processing cancellation requests caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or technical failures.

Right to Refuse Service

Friendlovely Group reserves the absolute right to refuse future service or fulfill future orders in cases of policy abuse or fraudulent cancellation claims.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all cancellation-related matters shall be exclusively governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh.
