  • Due to their perishable nature, items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds for bulk orders are contingent on a joint quality inspection or a third-party certification report confirming a defect.
  • Please note that all international shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Fashion & Lifestyle

Refund Window: Up to 30 Days

  • Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or altered garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
