Agro & Food Products

Refunds on a Limited, Case-by-Case Basis

  • Due to the perishable nature of agro-food products, refunds are highly restricted and considered only in exceptional circumstances, subject to our Payment Terms.
  • Advance payments are strictly non-refundable, as they are used for immediate procurement and operational costs.
  • A refund may be evaluated only if there is a proven, significant quality defect confirmed by a joint or third-party inspection upon delivery.
  • Claims must be submitted in writing with comprehensive evidence within 24-48 hours of receipt.
  • No refunds will be issued for issues arising from improper storage, handling, or customs delays on the buyer's part.

Fashion & Lifestyle

Refund window: Up to 30 Days

  • Returned items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or altered garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has begun.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during special promotional events are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable customs duties.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

B2B Trade Services

Generally Non-Refundable

  • Fees for trade services, including commissions, sourcing, and coordination, are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
  • Advance payments cover planning, third-party commitments, and administrative costs and are therefore non-refundable.
  • For subscription-based services, fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable, even if the service is cancelled mid-cycle.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verifiable failure by our company to render the agreed-upon service.
