- Remote Area Surcharge: A surcharge may be applied for deliveries to remote or less accessible locations as determined by our logistics partners. This charge is non-refundable.
- Address Correction Fee: A fee may be charged for address changes requested after an order has already been dispatched from our facility. This fee is non-refundable.
- Optional Insurance: Fees paid for optional shipping insurance are non-refundable once the policy is active and the shipment is in transit.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Shipments
